How fast will I receive a quote?
Standard CNC machining and prototype inquiries are quoted within 12 to 24 hours. For complex assemblies or high-cavity tooling, our engineering team provides preliminary feedback within 24 hours.
Can you sign an NDA before we share CAD data?
Yes. We routinely execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with engineers and procurement leads. You may send your company NDA or request our standard confidentiality agreement.
Do you handle international shipping and logistics?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS air express, as well as ocean and air freight for volume runs. We provide complete commercial invoices, customs HS codes, and tracking numbers.
What inspection reports do you provide?
Every shipment includes basic dimensional reports. On request, we provide full CMM reports, First Article Inspection (FAI), material mill certificates (MTC), and plating thickness verifications.
